As soon as Miltonius released his new pet and quest, Mini Miltonius, he figured it had a 100% drop rate for quest requirments. He is either fixing a glitch or is angry because Tercessuinotlim was recently deleted, and the drop rate for the quest requirments was dropped to 1%. It looks like we pissed him off so you all have to share the blame including me. But on the other hand I DID get his sword easily.
